Holiday Return Policy: Gifts purchased at regular price between November 17 and December 22 are eligible for a refund or exchange until January 5.

For all regular priced items: Forty Luxe The Label offers the total dollar amount of returned items (excluding shipping and return costs) in form of e-gift card for store credit or a refund to initial form of payment. Store credit does not expire. We want to ensure that you find a perfect FLTL product that you love with no question!
For all sale/promotional/discounted items: FINAL SALE (does not qualify for return)
For all self-care items: FINAL SALE (does not qualify for return)
For gift cards: FINAL SALE (does not quality for return)
* Please note:
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns at our Saint John store must be made within 2 weeks of in-person purchase or of receiving product in mail
- Returns being mailed must be requested within 7 days from receiving product
- Returns must be mailed within 7 days of initiating return
- Returns not in original condition will be rejected (missing tags, missing hygiene liners, deodorant/make-up stains, washed, damaged in other form not listed)
- We ask that you wear undergarments while trying on
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method unless an e-gift card was alternatively requested. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fortyluxethelabel.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
