We provide refunds or store credit (in form of an e-gift card) for regular-priced items that meet the return requirements below. You may request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If you prefer store credit, you have 30 days to initiate your return. Once your request is submitted, you’ll have 7 days to ship your item(s) back.

An $8 CAD flat fee will be deducted from refunds to your original payment method to cover return shipping costs. There is NO return fee when choosing store credit.

For all sale/promotional/discounted items: FINAL SALE (does not qualify for return)

For all self-care items: FINAL SALE (does not qualify for return)

For gift cards: FINAL SALE (does not quality for return)

* Please note:

- Returns not in original condition will be rejected (missing tags, missing hygiene liners, deodorant/make-up stains, washed, damaged in other form not listed) 

- We ask that you wear undergarments while trying on item(s)

If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method unless store credit in form of e-gift card was alternatively requested. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fortyluxethelabel.com.
